Screen Printing

Screen printing, also referred to as silk screening, is a method in which ink is forced through a mesh stencil onto fabric using a squeegee. Because a dedicated screen must be made for each element within a design, this technique is best suited for simpler designs with one or a few colors.
Screen printing produces a distinctly clean and sharp look. Perfect for covering large areas, this process will be a good fit for businesses that need to have their logo on a large surface. It's possible to cover both the front and back of the shirt with screen printing.

Embroidery

Done with a needle and thread, embroidery is great for creating very intricate designs on a variety of garments and accessories. This technique doesn't limit your options on what you can embroider - it can go on shirts, hats, bags, and other types of apparel.
Embroidered designs can look very three-dimensional and stand out from the item itself, so this method is a great choice if you want to give your design some texture. It is not a good option, however, if you're looking to have your logo or text cover a large area of a shirt. Embroidery is best suited for smaller designs.

Sublimation

Sublimation, also known as heat transfer printing, is a technique where the design is embedded in the fabric using heat and ink. What’s unique about this method is that you can create designs that will cover all of the product seam-to-seam. Due to the extremely high heat used with the sublimation technique, the ink binds with the fabric fibers, resulting in a durable and long-lasting print that won’t crack or peel.
Sublimation is your go-to option if you need to print detailed pattern designs, gradients, colorful artwork, or digital photos. Keep in mind, it is best for printing on light-colored polyester, polyester blends, or polymer-coated fabrics.
