Laux Sporting Goods realizes that sometimes your purchase was not what you expected. That is why we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on the merchandise from our website. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund with no questions asked.
All returns must meet the guidelines outlined below.
Terms and Conditions
You can initiate a return process within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
Our holiday return policy extends the grace period beginning November 1: Products purchased on or after November 1st may be returned until January 1.
Returns and exchanges should be new, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories that came with the item. Please also include all tags.
Returns with the original receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
Items returned without an original receipt will be issued a store credit in the amount of the lowest current selling price at the time of return.
Returns can be made at any of our retail locations or can be returned via mail, UPS, or FedEx at your expense. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping charges are not refunded. You will only receive a refund for the price of the merchandise and related sales tax.
No Return/Exchange On:
- Undergarments
- Mouthguards
- Bandages, athletic tape, wound care, and similar medical products
- Gift cards
Please note: any items returned that have any odor or are soiled in any way are deemed unacceptable for return. We reserve the right to refuse items for return.
Used and Open Box Items
At our store, we believe in providing you with complete satisfaction, whether you purchase new or from our used/open box section. That’s why we offer the same return policy for all our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your used or open box purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all original accessories and packaging. This allows us to maintain our high standards and offer these great deals to other customers.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Upon receiving a package from Laux, please, carefully inspect all received equipment. If the package or equipment is damaged in shipping and handling, or missing any items within the package, you have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the items.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, or refunded at Laux.com's discretion.
How to Return
You can start the return process online, via phone, email, through Live Chat, or at our retail location.
To return or exchange in a store:
Simply bring back your item in its original product packaging (tags attached for clothing) with proof of purchase to our retail location.
To start a self-return process online do the following:
- Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved, you will get an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund within 2 days of the item reaching our warehouse.
For a manual return do the following:
- Contact us via phone, email, or through Live Chat and let us know you want to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging and tags. (Tip: Re-use the bag or box your order came in. Be sure to cover all existing shipping labels!)
- In your return package, include a note with your order ID and a return reason.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3-5 business days. Your actual receipt of the credit is dependent upon your credit card issuer's policy.
